Hi, I'm just wondering why the screen, when computing, is shifting between black and a 'visualization' of the process every just about 1sec.
Or rather: the black screen remains for anywhere between 3sec to 20sec, and then a short glimpse of the visualzation and then back to black.
It's kind of annoying, so what have to be changed to avaoid this??

(forgot to mention that boinc is
7.2.42 (x64)
wxWidgets-version 2.8.10
and OS is Windows 7professional)

update:
I just noticed that it says "BOINC screensaver loading" then flickers to the short view of the visualization, then black screen for the 5-10sec and then all over.
It also starts with 1 minute or so with the presentation screen saying "no projects running, the computer is in use.
WTF is happening here?
Is it perhaps because the BOINC is the 64bit version if the computer does'nt actaully want to run 64bit? To my knowledge it IS a 64bit, so....
please help me fix this as I said annoying problem

Something changed between BOINC 7.2.33 and 7.2.42 that made the screen saver flicker, what I still don't know. What I do know, is that BOINC 7.2.33 doesn't do it, and also that the latest beta 7.4.8 has it fixed. But 7.2.42 (and some versions either side of 7.2.42) flickers.

I just disable project screensavers and it works fine. (you only get the default BOINC screensaver)
