Hi,
I've installed boinc-client on my Ubuntu 12.04. I've already attached project by boinccmd --project_attach, but when I run boinc it seems to be running but nothing happens.
boinccmd --get_state gives

Restart client, run boinccmd --get_messages and post it's output. You'll also find the same messages in stdoutdae.txt in BOINC's data directory (/var/lib/boinc-client).

If you didn't know, if you install boinc-manager package you'll get a GUI to control the client.
