I'm a dial up user. I have my manager set to "network activity always available".

I'm getting two Network Status message boxes (about 1x2 inches) that require a "yes" or "no" answer everytime my box sets for a while not hooked to the internet. The message states "Boinc needs to connect to the network, may it do so now?" By selecting either yes or no the box disappears, but I don't see any activity on the messages tab. Is there a need for two boxes(note one box follows the next it's not concurrent)? Is it supposed to behave this way?
