Hi I have latest Mac OS X boinc version 7.2.28, running as a service (it's been like that for a long time), I come home in the evening and boinc isn't running. I have to restart the service. In stdoutdae.txt I see : 18-Nov-2013 15:46:57 [eon2] Sending scheduler request: Requested by project. ... then nothing ! so I restart the service : 18-Nov-2013 19:43:29 [---] Starting BOINC client version 7.2.28 for x86_64-apple-darwin It has happened a few times in the past with previous stable version, I never knew why. Any idea ? |

Oops it did it again !!! Last activity : 19-Nov-2013 14:07:52 [eon2] Sending scheduler request: Requested by project. Boinc manager says it is connected when it is not : ![]() CPU activity shows only the nci project and T4T is running : ![]() ![]() ![]() What the hell !!! I only have to stop the service once since it then restarts automatically. So Mac OS X / boinc didn't "know" that boinc was actually "kind of stopped" (since T4T was still running and the nci project too)... |
