I have BOINC set to run at Win XP startup. It starts, but when I try to close the boinc window, the option of 'close boing mgr' does not appear. The option 'close boinc' does appear. When I select this, boinc shuts down completely, as I can tell in my Win Task manager. I have to restart BOINC to get the 'close BOINC manager' option. what am I doing wrong? I like boinc to start when I have to restart my system, but don't like to have to open boinc twice to make sure it's running!
Please help if ya can! :)
Sincerely,
Tom Tucker

In BOINC Manager: File->Exit, do Close Window.
Alternatively, click the X in the top right corner.

Both of these will put BOINC Manager into the system tray.
