I'm bringing up a fedora 19 installation on a new hard file. Downloaded and installed the BOINC manager/client etc. and performed the setup up according to the instructions. Verified the daemon is running and I am successfully connected to the localhost. I then try to add the seti@home project and it appears to be working, then throws a message indicating it failed to add the project, check the Event Log. Below is what I see taking place in the log until it apparently times out in the attempt. Sun 21 Jul 2013 10:41:30 AM CDT | | Fetching configuration file from http://setiathome.berkeley.edu/get_project_config.php I can directly view the page in question via a web browser so I'm not blocked from getting there. I'm using the latest client I believe. 7.0.65 (x64) Ideas appreciated on any actions I can take to correct this error. Thanks. Don |

The issue has resolved itself as I am now able to attach to the seti@home project again. |
