I just noticed that I am no longer seeing three simultaneous tasks. Up to this point, I had seen three: one for each CPU processor, and one for the graphics card (Radeon HD6570). Currently, I only see one, with the note "0.05 CPU +1 ATI GPU".

Under NOTICES on the BOINC manager, I see "file referenced in app_info does not exist:AK_v8b2_win_SSE3_AMD.exe.

I don't update very often. Do I have to reinstall BOINC? If so, is there a good how-to on the boards so that I don't lose my progress? I'm looking to break a million soon, and I don't want to mess it up.

R.

This is a problem with the anonymous platform file for the Seti application that you have installed, and/or the third party application going missing from your hard drive. Since we're not the Seti forums, I suggest you go to their Number Crunching forum and post there for help on how to resolve this.
