Just now upgrade BOINC client to 7.0.42 (Win7/x86).
Now it don't load WU, say:

04.01.2013 5:13:36 Requesting new tasks for CPU
04.01.2013 5:13:39 Scheduler request completed: got 0 new tasks
04.01.2013 5:13:39 No tasks sent
04.01.2013 5:05:14 Tasks won't finish in time: BOINC runs 99.9%% of the time; computation is enabled 99.8%% of that

There are some WU for CPU with total time left 1d,10h40m48s, time up to nearest deadline is 05d,01h22m08s - tasks will be done in time in any way.
(In real WUs are running by 2 or 3 in parallel - that means time left less at least twice.)
