I am receiving this message from BOINC 7.0.28 (x86):
2012-12-09 06:42:26 | SETI@home | Message from server: SETI@home Enhanced needs 32.00MB more disk space. You currently have 0.00 MB available and it needs 32.00 MB.

I am now unable to download any work units. My settings include:
    Use at most 1.01 GB
    Leave at least 5.00 GB
Use at most 10% of disk space

My C: drive is a 320 GB drive, with 26 GB free.

Why am I getting this message, and how can I return to processing work units?

A quick search at SETI@home finds no users called 'NukeSmith' - so we can't see anything about your account or your computer, how many other projects you might have joined (and might be using some of BOINC's allocation of disk space), etc.

It's far better to post this sort of question at the project concerned, from the account you use to crunch. In this case, either Number crunching or Questions and answers would be appropriate.

OK, thanks. I'll post it there. My account in Seti@Home is "SmithDouglasB", if that helps.
I also have Einstein@Home, and have had RieselSieve in the past.
