So I'm running Boinc Manager 7.0.28 with Rosetta@home as it's only project. I have it running on two different Win7 machines. They've both been running without issue for months. Two days ago, they both started running a visible Rosetta window (one for each core in the cpu) instead of running in the background like normal. The now-visible windows are also stopped--showing no work running at all. CPU activity is consistent with no Boinc/Rosetta processes running.

--Both machines show tasks both queued and running in the Boinc Manager Tasks tab.

Any ideas on where to go from here?

Any work related problems are usually related to the project, or in this case see http://boinc.bakerlab.org/rosetta/forum_thread.php?id=6120.
