As you should know by now, Seti has problems with uploading/downloading and reporting of work. Something, somewhere, is broken and is affecting us all to do the normal chores. Then a restriction in BOINC 6 comes into play, where when you have more than 2 times the amount of CPUs plus 1 of uploads going, it won't download any work anymore. For what's the use really to download work when you can't get its results back? This restriction was put in place, in case something goes horrendously wrong at the project's database and all the work has to be resend anyway. |
