I searched for this in the forum amd came up blank. Today I upgraded to the latest version, and noticed that in my Windows\Downloaded Installations directory, I have five copies of BOINC.msi from various dates. Can I delete all except the one with today's date without causing harm? My new BOINC is running flawlessly. Thanks in advance for your help. ![]() |

Yes. They are no longer needed. (I see I must do that as well again. 27 is too many by now ;-)) |

Shouldn't the newer (6.?.?) installer be cleaning up after ifself? Thought I read something about that on the mailing list. I got 50 or 60 of them also. Boinc V 7.4.36 Win7 i5 3.33G 4GB NVidia 470 |

The newer installer isn't coming until BOINC 6.12 The Windows Installer used at this moment doesn't clean these files up. I am busy with a script that will take these down... |
