Hi,

When I choose "suspend", all the wus are suspended: it's OK
Then when I choose "run always", nothing happens:
The message is "resuming computation and network activities" but the computation is not resumed.
The CPU is at 2-3%, and the project applications are at 0%. All the wus are "preempted".
Also there is no mark: In front of "network activities suspended" I see a black dot because I choosed this option, but I don't see any black dot in front of "run always" or "suspend" when I select one of these options.
P4 2Ghz, Linux mandriva, CC5.1.2

I would like to know what version of BOINC Client you are running, please?

ooops ! I forgot to modify my autostart script, so the 4.43 client was running.
It's working with client 5.1.2 but not 4.43.
But I still don't see any black dot when I select 'run always" or "suspend"
Thanks Tom

Edit: When I click on "exit", the icon in the "task bar" is still visible. I have to double-click on it to make it desappear.

I’m glad things have worked out, and would like to continue helping you resolve the “Black Dot” problem, but personally I’m going to hold-off on version 5 for a while (single computer user only) until I have a better understanding of the ups-and-downs of the new release, via this board.

Again, not much help, but, appreciate your response of gratitude!

Happy Crunching,
Tom
