I've been running BOINC for months now, but since I've started using P2P software more often, my computer has been freezing often, sometimes 5 min after rebooting(!). I've tried programs independently, and now found that everything works fine without BOINC. I must now discontinue running BOINC as it seems to freeze/crash my computer.

CPU Quad6600 2.40GHz
4Gb Ram
Windows Vista Ultimate 64x SP2
Ample disk space in RAID5
NVidia 9800GTX
Running the Seti and ClimateChange projects.
Running emule 0.49c & Bittorrent 6.3
Running Peerblock & IPBlocker (with proper reporting IPs open)

If anyone knows what's happening, I'd certainly like to know. BOINC is a useful tool for society.
