I'm curious, why BOINC have at every project 2 uploads and 2 downloads simultaneously.

Why not 1 UL and 1 DL simultaneously?

It's faster with 2/2?

AFAIK, I could enable with cc_config.xml more and less communications..
..when it's better to enable more or less communications?

If a project have a high server load/traffic and BOINC can't reach the server well.. it's better to have more UL/DL or less UL/DL simultaneously, for to have better chance to UL/DL well?
