So, I have three projects running, with resources divided between them equally. Two of the projects currently have no work. Does this mean the project with work is receiving 100% of resources? Or is it still only receiving 33% of resources?

Basically what I want to do is give preference to one project. So, say I want Proj. A to have preference, meaning if Proj. A has work, no work will be done on Proj. B or C. However, if Proj. A has no work, Proj. B and C will be allowed to run. Possible?

As far as cpu time goes, you can see for yourself.

If your computer has 1 processor, and you have one WU being crunched, then it's 100%. 4 processors, and only 1 WU, then it's 25%.
You can also look at the Performance graphs in Windows Task Manager to see how much is being used.

And BOINC will try to keep all four running by downloading enough from any project that delivers!
