For the past two weeks, my graph of work done with Seti has been flat lined. The graphs for my other two projects, Einstein and climate prediction show a steady growth for the same period.

What could be the cause for this and how do I rectify it?

BOINC works on a by debt basis. CPU time taken up by one project will be equally paid out to other projects you are attached to. Which is probably the case here.

Other causes can be:
- Lots of pending credit at Seti.
- You suspended Seti.
- You set Seti to No New Tasks.
- The other projects are in deadline trouble, so BOINC does not allow downloads until the other projects are 'safe'.

I have also witnessed Seti running extremely slow. It used to run in a few hours, now it seems to take many days. I am only running one project.

Seti is not running slow, you are probably just processing Astropulse WU. They take much longer to process. See Astropulse FAQ.
