6.6.7 will, SOMETIMES, go into waiting to run status
even though I am attached to only one CUDA project(seti@home)
and I have CUDA workunits available to process.

Exiting and restarting boincmanager corrects this until
the next time it happens.

I have not seen this happen with prior versions of the cc.
