Just installed 6.4.5 for linux 32-bit.

I'm having the "Can't load library libcudart". The libcudart.so file is in /var/lib/boinc-client.

I am running Linux Mint 6.0 (however, the repositories that Mint uses for Boinc is the Ubuntu 8.10 repositories).

I installed this using a .deb file.

The boinc-client dir is set as /var/lib/boinc-client in both the init scripts and the config file found at /etc/default/boinc-client.

I don't have an Nvidia card in my laptop. I just don't like errors. It means something isn't working right. Wondering if the fact that I don't have an applicable video card is the reason why the library won't load. If that is the case, then maybe boinc-client should either not post this message and it's friend "No coprocessors" or should qualify the reason for the failure with a message. Something like "no applicable cards found."
