Hi all, I'm having issue installing "Boinc manager" on my machine running winxpsp3. Whenever I start the installation program, an error comes us saying:

"Illegal System DLL Relocation
The system DLL user32.dll was relocated in memory. The application will not run properly, etc..."

Note that this error also appears with many other .exe on my machine so I know the this problem has nothing specific to do with "Boinc manager" but I thought someone would know a quick fix for it?!

Thank you all for your time, I sure would like SETI back computing on my machine!
