It is Seti. His account shows two Vista boxes. Most of the errors are exit code 1073807364 (0x40010004)

By the way, I see that the registry hack you posted is missing the slashes in the registry address.
See this FAQ for the correct one, or any of the other options you have.

Exit code 1073807364 (0x40010004) and exit code -1073741510 (0xc000013a) are closely related and can be solved by changing the shutdown rate of Vista or by exiting BOINC before you shut down Vista.

Exit code -1073741502 (0xc0000142) is a whole different kettle of fish, that's when Vista or BOINC has lost a (vital) Dynamic Linked Library (DLL) file. We don't know how to fix that one yet. Just report the errors on the Seti website.

Do know that after you add the registry key, that you need to reboot the system, before that registry key is used. So only on the second reboot does it make the difference.

20,000 milliseconds is only 20 seconds. Perhaps that that's not enough time, try increasing the number. Some people have said the number should be between 30,000 and 60,000 milliseconds.
