5.10.28 is a permissions nightmare!

I run boinc CC under a different user account, which I specify during installation. The installer removed file permissions for my normal account to access the BOINC directory. As a result, I can't run the BOINC Manager because I don't have permission to access it!

I know how to fix the permissions, but the point is I shouldn't have to.

Vista.

Installed to "C:\Program Files\BOINC" (which has always worked before) but when my permissions were removed I uninstalled and reinstalled to "C:\BOINC", with the same result - after installation I no longer have permission to view the BOINC directory.

The other thing I spotted with the installer is that the shortcut for the new boinctray.exe points to an icon file that seems to contain no icons.
