I've found myself in a credit/debt loop that has projects taking turns running at High Priority. If I stop getting new tasks and let the task list clear out, will resetting the projects clear my credit/debt so I can start fresh?? |

Resetting once usually not, no. Resetting multiple times does change the long term debt towards zero. |

You could also get BOINC DV and reset the debts of the projects with that (Windows only). Exit/Stop BOINC before you do that. |
