Having a problem with the above. A Couple of questions...

1) How do I find the Password for each computer?

2) Have tried to connect to my second machine (on my home network which in all respects runs fine) and it fails with message, "Unable to connect...." I have tried using the account password and the account email address. Both fail. The Help system, does'nt as far as I can tell.

HELP PLEASE !!!

1. You have to set this yourself, in BOINC\gui_rpc_auth.cfg
By default the password in there is a 32 character hexadecimal number. And you shouldn't need to set it, unless you have problems with it. See this article in Trac.

2. You have to set up a file called remote_hosts.cfg on both machines. With in it on the one machine the IP address of the other and vice versa. See the Wiki for more information.
