He hasn't been sending calculated tasks for several days and the project page isn't even available. Does anyone have more detailed information about the project?

The project put up a notice several days ago saying they were having problems with the server's hard drives and the website would be offline to perform maintenance.

Ok, I received an answer: IP of the server was changed to 83.149.248.97.
Waiting until the admins of the sidock.si apply new ip to the existing address.

SiDock is now back but all of the work that has been waiting to upload for days has been scrapped.

Hello everyone, I am sorry that we haven't updated the project status for several days. We changed server's IP, but meanwhile discovered a failure of one of the SSDs in a mirror. Our team members who can do it in place have been working on data recovery for the weekend, and there is still work to do. The data on credits and badges has been recovered.

The outage is both for SiDock@home and Rakesearch, as they are on the same server. The works can take another few days. We are sorry for the inconvenience.

Update please. It's been 5 days and both projects still showing same "can't connect to database" error.

Should I delete all the work waiting to be uploaded?

What about tasks that have uploaded but are awaiting the "report" click? They are uploaded. I have a lot of them, well over 400 hours of work.

Some progress, a request managed to get through to the database - dozens of errors reported but at least there was a database there to report them :-)

We are going to assign the credit for all finished (and unfinished) tasks that were lost due to the maintenance. The data is on our server.
