Hello!
I have a problem with Boinc 8.0.2.
If I use Boinc as a flatpack everything works fine (except for LHC), but if I want to use the installable version I always get the following error message:

Invalid client RPC password. Try reinstalling BOINC.

A new installation does not bring any improvement.

Neither does a sudo usermod -a -G boinc ralf

Now my question: “Is it possible to copy the data from the flatpack into the installed version and if so from where to where and with which rights?”

I can't remember where the flatpack version keeps data. For Linux the default from either a package manager or compiled from source installation is /var/lib/boinc
