Website is up and running but uploading and downloading still not working.

Edit to add...
I see Dylan posted the following information about 85 minutes ago:

Device profile issue may come back over the course of the day, among others. We were informed yesterday night that the cloud is getting a security update that requires restarting most if not all instances, in addition to the networking outage - hosting said they would make best efforts to live migrate our key infra and avoid a reboot, but can't guarantee it. Just got the website back up, but one of the postgres node instances (1/6th of the new horizontally scalable partitioned architecture I've been talking about in updates) came back up in an "Error" state that I'm asking hosting about and looking into.

We're meeting with the ARP1 team this morning, I'm asking them to look at the recent handful of results we've received back and validated and if LGT them as well, we'll be able to restart ARP1 after the data center maintenance.

Yeah, I'm sitting at about 98% of ALOT to 77% of ATON waiting to report in. I'd be more accurate but the numbers are changing.

All of mine (wasn't many, admittedly, but still) were able to report overnight. I just hit "update" (currently set to 'No New Tasks' on principle for now) a few minutes ago and it returned a 1 hour back off.

Downloads failing, switching to no new tasks now. Have managed to do 6 today and that’s it until the backlog cleared.

A few tasks this morning. No downloads failing but updates often say no tasks available.

No failed downloads here. Admittedly, I am only running one task at a time from WCG here.

I normally don't pay much attention to the ins and outs of the daily processing at WCG. My computers download tasks, process the tasks, return the tasks and that's good enough for me. I look at the info provided at free-dc.org and call it good. But last night I got a big jump in the credits that are shown there, there was a bigger jump back in April. Is there a place where I can find the latest status of WCG? Meaning maybe a hint of what happened? I looked over at www.cs.toronto.edu/~juris/jlab/wcg.html but the last entry there is 2 months old.

My best guess is that they did something that has got the validation more up to date and a bunch of tasks suddenly got their credit. I haven't looked to see if there is anything on their own forums.

me too. Also I notice the number I have with "Awaiting Validation" status has dropped from around 950 to around 650, so assume they are starting to work through the backlog from last August

I notice my Awaiting Validation from last November have gone and ones from March onwards this year are still there so a slight drop in the backlog. Also a large increase in credits.

It may be back but it's not sending new tasks. All I am receiving on my Android phones are MCM tasks ending in _5 and _6 with 48 to 60 hours deadlines.
