I am working on a 27’ iMac with the above software. I have run BOINC for years. Every time the OS X updates, I get a new version of VirtualBox and install it, but the BOINC Manager shows that it has stopped processing the two projects i am running. The statistics graphs flatline. I do not know how to restart the BOINC processing. I have restarted the computer nd “reset” the projects, but that’s it.

Cosmology has been down since about August 15th and has been up and down regularly (no active Admin) for awhile.. LHC has had some issues as of late and Theory is their hardest Task to successfully complete.

To test your current BOINC set up to eliminate concerns on your end you could try to load one of the other major Projects like Milkyway@home which I believe supports Mac.
