Just thought of this one.

I am unable to use BOINC widespread across work hardware because it keeps running through other processes that need resources. One thing that would be really nice is to be able to specifically pick processes (.exe's in Windoze) that when they run over a certain pecentage of CPU useage cause BOINC apps to snooze.

For example - SQL Server. If I could manually link BOINC to sqlservr.exe and make it snooze every time sqlservr.exe jumped over 25% CPU I would probably get permission to install this on a lot more database servers here.. :)
