As the title suggests, this is a feature I would quite like. Yes, I can manually turn uploads off or set the maximum speed when uploading files to my website but it would be nice to have it happen automagically.

I haven't really had problems on download but I am sure there might be times it could be a problem. (Of course if as promised fibre to the box in the street arrives next year this issue might disappear for me.)
