Hello,

I download BOINC version 7.4.53 on my tablet. When I start the BOINC apps, and I launch it, I see the first page (with the logo BOINC in the middle).

But I cannot do anything. The page is frozen... Can somebody help me to fix it ? Thank you

Config of my tablet :
Asus : ASUS ZenPad 10 / P023 / Z300C
Android : 5.0.2
Intel® Atom™ x3-C3200 Quad-Core, 64bit
Memory : 2GB

Use 7.4.43 instead. The bug is known, but development of the Android version of BOINC is at a standstill, so I wouldn't expect a new version any time soon.

No, as far as I know that's not normal.

I have however just downloaded and installed it on my device and I have several more projects to choose from. So I don't know what that's about.

One of my tablets lists a lot of projects with no android work. You can attach projects via their URL. Most have them listed on their home page.

When you visit the URL of a project that is generally the URL used for the BOINC client.
Such as http://setiathome.berkeley.edu/ or http://asteroidsathome.net/boinc/

Good news :
--> thanks to Mmonnin after adding : http://http://www.worldcommunitygrid.org, I can acces (login +pw) to the application in Boinc.
--> but once the data are downloaded, and before to start performing computation, I read the message "_("This project doesn't support computers of type") x86-android-linux-gnu" as following in yellow

The computation doesn't work. It looks it is a new problem... Where can this issue come from (Boinc, World Community grid, Asus...?) ? Thanks.
